a little detour over Sara Venturelli in Italy and many, many telephone calls with diverse breeders in different countries the destiny brought us to Austria - to the Kajumbaīs. Fortunately! Because

| Two
weeks later we take our RR-Girl with us to Germany. We give her the name "Jalia" - that means "Happyend" in Swahili. Ridgebacks often get african names, because the origin of this breed is in South Africa. |
|
|
| The
first evening with a new companion... Jan is very carful with his small puppie Jalia. |
|
|
| It
takes a little time, till we can Jan convince of, that Ridgebacks even sleep wonderful in Dog-Beds. |
|
|
| Now
Jalia have another favorite place for sleep. I think, in a few weeks we drive to IKEA - buy a new, bigger Couch... ;-) |

| Our
Ridgeback never sleeps without a pillow - maybe that is her special request... |

what I can!" Our first visit at the Puppy- Playground. The first 10 minutes she was very shy... but only this first 10 minutes... |

December we visit the YeJapha-Kennel. Peter Obschernicat makes our Jalia "new thooth" how Jan said. After the Narcosis Jan was so lovely with his Jalia but he donīt understand, why Jalia canīt walk straight on for a little while... |

it was Christmas! I think it was an wonder: this year all our decoration on the Christmas-tree is unhurt! M E R R Y C

| Now she is 7. Month old! |

| Our
winter was very mild this Year and therefor Jalia go to swim in February. Here she is on the way to get "dry by air" - with Bahari. |

| So,
here she is 8 Month old! No, this is not a picture of last summer - our grass was so green at 4th March this Year... Really! |

| Just
the right temperature for an long walk at the wood with Bahari and Isabell. They both run very, very fast... Remember: |

| Play
in the Sand is her favorite employment - just like Janīs! And iīm very happy to have an Ridgeback and not an Bobtail, because so the Sand stay in the garden, not in the coat ;-) |

both enjoy the first warm spring-sunshine on the balcony... |
