Sigrid, the Mama is 30 Years old. She have a very big heart for nearly all big and small animals - but in the main horses and dogs. She bring the Ridgeback-Idea to our home the "Wagner-Hof" - where we all together live. Over month she collect every small information about this special breed "Rhodesian Ridgeback" - so she can contradict positive every argument from the other family-members. And so she dissipate every doubt... Casual to say, that many books about Ridgebacks lay on every Table at our home - tactics is all!
Papa Sascha is 29 Years old, works at a hospital and in his free time he loves to screw on oldtimers and repair cars (mostly old BMW´s). He was convinced of the Ridgeback-Idea relative fast - that was very easy: he was confront with Live-Ridgebacks as often as possible - by chance of course ;-) Sascha quickly understand, that Ridgebacks are special dogs with a particular character - and therefore he only can say "Yes, I will"! Special Thanks to Silvio from the Nyangani-Kennel and Isabell with her Bahari - they have to answer many, many questions - and that was the beginning...

Our little Son Jan is 3 Years old and he is born with a clear preference for big dogs and old cars - as much about the Theme "genetic"! Our Little Jan realize just a Dog over 50 cm height as a real dog. And because Jan is a very special character - he should become a very special dog. Surely, only a Rhodesian Ridgeback can be equal to this high request...

... and for this reason Jalia stay with us now!
